To get your container from the port, you should provide us with the following documents:
Original Bill of Lading - 3/3. The consignee’s account stamp must be on the reverse side.
Original Letter of Order indicating the real consignee (in cast of an order bill of lading).
Original Power of Attorney for freight receiving and forwarding (
the form is attached ).
Registration Card of Foreign Trade entity (copy).
Original Proforma Invoice translated into Russian.
Packing List, if any.
Certificate of Origin (a copy, if the freight is to be removed with preliminary notification).
Certificate of Quality.
Phytosanitary Certificate (for phytogenic freights).
Veterinary Certificate (for zoogenic freights).
Import Quarantine Authorisation (for flour cargoes, grits, tea, coffee, etc.).
Certificate of Conformity (for foodstuff).
Certificate of Fumigation.
Copy of the Foreign Trade Contract.
